This moment.
This breath.

The glory
of being
right here
in the midst of it.

It's not there,
or some day.
We're not just waiting
for something else
to come our way

It's the present,
our purpose
our being here
in this moment

What if the waiting
is what changes
us

Yes, what might we
become
fully here
fully hearing
responding
to what we're seeing

Where feelings are full
and hearts are engaged
"at peace and in place,"
not trying to escape

It's here,
right here.
